About the Journal

Advanced Research in Social Sciences (ARSS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed bi-annual online journal of The Government Sadiq College Women University, Bahawalpur. It published  publishes two issues per year (June and December), with the understanding that submitted manuscripts are not under consideration elsewhere. The journal aims to advance and disseminate multidisciplinary research in selected areas of the humanities and social sciences. ARSS fosters scholarly dialogue among academics, researchers, and practitioners by encouraging localized perspectives in the exploration of cultural, social, educational, artistic, literary, and psychological issues.

Aims and Scope

Advanced Research in Social Sciences (ARSS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed bi-annual journal published by The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur. It is dedicated to promoting high-quality research in both quantitative and qualitative domains within the broader spectrum of humanities and social sciences.

The journal offers an interdisciplinary platform for scholarly contributions in the fields of language, literature, art, design, Islamic studies, and psychology (but not limit to). ARSS encourages critical and creative engagement with contemporary cultural, intellectual, and social issues, especially from localized and context-specific perspectives.

Its primary objective is to disseminate original and impactful research that fosters academic dialogue, bridges theoretical and practical insights, and addresses emerging challenges in society. Submissions may include empirical studies, theoretical papers, reviews, and conceptual research that contribute meaningfully to academic and professional communities.

ARSS maintains an international outlook while emphasizing relevance to national and regional contexts, inviting contributions that reflect both traditional and modern approaches to scholarship.
